Angel Ventures Guadalajara opened its doors back in 2014. Since then, we have been working actively throughout several initiatives to become an essential player in the local startup ecosystem. We have analyzed more than 900 projects, shared more than 150 with AV Network, and helped more than 10 startups to raise their first round through our network. We have also helped 66 companies through our incubation and acceleration programs; and supported many companies and entrepreneurs through workshops, training programs, consulting, and mentoring. Since our earliest days, we have collaborated closely with other angel networks, funds, incubators, accelerators, and family offices across the region. We are founding members of Xcala (BID Lab + IEEEM), along with other angel networks across Latin America and The Caribbean. In March 2020 we announced Carabela, Angel Ventures Guadalajara´s Seed Fund to continue investing in early-stage regional startups.
